Privacy Policy

RovinPay N.A. ("RovinPay", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of every client. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

We collect identification data (name, date of birth, government ID), contact details, financial information (balances, transactions, beneficiary records), device and usage data, and information required to meet KYC/AML obligations.

2. How we use information

To operate accounts, settle payments, prevent fraud, comply with regulators (FinCEN, OFAC, FDIC), and personalize the products you see. We never sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, SWIFT), regulators, vetted service providers under contract, and law enforcement when legally required.

4. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Biometric authentication, device intelligence and 24/7 fraud monitoring protect every session.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@rovinpay.com to exercise these rights.

6. Retention

Account records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus seven (7) years, in line with U.S. recordkeeping laws.

7. Changes

Material changes are communicated by email and in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
